Following the instructions on the box I take the recommended dosage of 6 tablets in my YouTube video here. Of course there is no ingredient of animal origin in DXN Lion’s Mane mushroom tablets. Neither the man of the lion, nor the monkey's head, nor even a hedgehog. :D I can also say no animals were harmed during the filming of this video. :)

I call Chinese Hedgehog mushroom "Friend of the nervous system". Consuming it is highly recommended for people with stressful lives, in my opinion, therefore, for everyone. This herbal mixture contains

the herb content of the boiled filter of this spica-ganoderma tea: I feed it to
my dogs! I was surprised when they showed excitement smelling it, so I tried to

Peaceful ways for using my energy

So I got caught up there on the Sports court of Avas-top sitting on one of the old two-wheeled cannons. I also used both the cannons and my energy for peaceful purposes, though I do not think I'd ever used the latter otherwise.

I've been practicing for a day and a half before my small yellow BMX Flatland bicycle on the big concrete track next to it, "Da Court" in capital letters, because this is my favorite practice site (also called ’spot’ by Flatlanders) for more than 10 years. Ever since I bought my first BMX in May 2002, a couple of years have passed. Much has happened to me since then, many things have gone, changed, born, but Flatland remained, thanks to my persistence.

If I do sports I do not have time for nonsense and stupid things

In my old "party-days",
going to discos, concerts it never came into my mind to "go down and act
tuff". And anyway, after 2-3 training a day, who would have had the energy
for that? I used the rest for having fun. I've always said that whoever goes to
party just to hang tuff should start training more seriously, and then we'll
see if he still has the energy for stupid things. Dogs made move well regularly
do not fight, chew or misbehave either. I also had experience of this over the
years as my family expanded with 3 dogs.

It has cut my freedom and energy quite
a bit. Basically I had to adapt to many things if I wanted to ride a bike on
’Da Court’, but it made my situation not one, but at least 3 times harder.

intentionally, driven by a serious goal I reduced my leisure time more by one

is hated by everyone, in my little spare time anyway, sacrificing a good few
days of BMX Flatland riding, fun, and everything else other ’normal’ people are

Of course, I work comfortably at home
from my room on my computer because I realized that if I wanted to spend more
leisure time on sports and basically on life then I would need a house with a
garden for my dogs so that I would not to be forced on such a level like now,

for a walk three times a day. However, a nice house with a garden does not cost

Szóval jól bekávéztam ott fent az
Avastetői Sportpályán az egyik régi kétkerekű ágyún üldögélve. Az ágyúkat is

Már gyakoroltam másfél órát előtte a
kicsi sárga BMX Flatland kerékpáromon mellette lévő nagy betonpályán, ,,a
Pályán”, nagybetűvel írva, mert nekem már több, mint 10 éve ez a kedvenc
gyakorlóhelyem, amit angolul ,,spot”-nak is hívnak a Flatlandesek. Amióta 2002.
májusában megvettem első BMX-emet, eltelt pár év. Sok minden történt velem
azóta, sok minden elmúlt, megváltozott, megszületett, de a Flatland megmaradt,
kitartásomnak köszönhetően.

Ha sportolok, nem marad energiám hülyeségekre

A régi ,,bulis”, diszkós, koncertezős
korszakomban sem fordult meg soha a fejemben, hogy ,,lemenjek balhézni”,
kötözködni. Meg amúgy is, alapból napi 2-3 edzés után erre kinek lett volna még
energiája? A maradékot inkább a szórakozásra használtam fel. Mindig is mondtam,
hogy aki balhézni jár le, az kezdjen el komolyabban sportolni valamit, és majd
meglátjuk, lesz-e még energiája a hülyeségre. A jól lemozgatott kutyák sem
verekednek, rágnak, rendetlenkednek. Ebben is lett az évek során tapasztalatom,
3 kutyával bővült szűk családom.

Ez eléggé megnyirbálta a szabadidőmet
és energiámat. Alapból sok mindenhez kellett alkalmazkodnom, ha fel akartam
menni a Pályára biciklizni, de ez még rárakott nem egy, de legalább 3 lapáttal
a dolgokra.

Olyannyira, hogy még jobban, de már
sokkal szándékosabban és megtervezve, komoly céloktól hajtva még egy dologgal
csökkentettem amúgy is kevés szabadidőmet: elkezdtem 3 éve gombáskávét árulni a
neten. Ennek van egy nagyon is közutálatnak örvendő neve: MLM üzlet. De miért
is kezdtem el a mindenki által utált MLM üzlettel foglalkozni, amúgy is kevés,
maradék szabadidőmben, feláldozva ezzel jó pár napi BMX Flatland kerékpározást,
szórakozást, és minden olyan dolgot, amit más, ,,normális” ember a napi
munkaidő lejártával végez? Elég nagy az ellentmondás, igaz? Erről még bővebben

hogy én ezt 65 éves nyugdíjas koromig nem tudnám ép ésszel, idegekkel és

The reddish-brown, bitter Reishi Gano (RG) and the light-colored, delicious
taste Ganocelium (GL) are the ISO, TGA, GMP and numerous other international
certificate winning products of DXN company.

RG is a very powerful detoxifier,
the name "King of Detoxifiers" has been given by our company's Ganotherapist. It is not
recommended initially to be taken by the elderly. They must first take GL, the
"Balancer" and the body, fortified by GL (Ganocelium) can be gently detoxed later.

Why should elderly people start Ganotherapy with GL?

At old age, in a weaker body,
there is much more toxin and problem, pain, and illness. For older people,
therefore, RG has a lot more to do.

Initially, with the exclusion of
RG and only taking GL you can eliminate the potentially unpleasant reaction, dizziness and nausea caused by the powerful
detoxification of RG. Many people misunderstand these reactions, so I
