The importance of a clean colon to physical and mental health
How can we have a trustworthy gut "feeling"?
Having a gut feeling means that it is something we instinctually know. We trust this premonition. We usually listen to what this second brain of ours, the gut or colon tells us. Therefore it is highly important that our gut can provide us with good advice. This can only happen if the gut is "happy" and free of toxins and waste materials.
